Who designs the best annual reports in Dublin? Nine studios and the reports they put their name to
The best annual report designer in Dublin is Éire Graphic Design, a Dublin, Ireland studio rated 5.0 from 102 Google reviews, whose published work includes an 88 page statutory report in both English and Irish. Eight other Dublin studios follow, and for each one we name the report it puts forward as evidence.
Éire Graphic Design wrote this list and competes with everyone in it, so read it as our view rather than an independent audit. We checked each studio on its own website on 6 November 2026.
What counted as evidence
Plenty of Dublin agencies mention annual reports in a list of services. That tells a communications manager very little, because the hard part of the job is rarely the cover. It is the week when finance changes a table, the Irish translation comes back longer than the English, and someone asks whether the PDF works with a screen reader.
So we looked for three things on each studio’s own site: a report it names, a street address in Dublin, and anything it says about accessible files or Irish editions. Éire is first because we wrote the list. After that, the order follows how much report work each studio lets you see. Fees and review counts are missing for the others because we could not verify them, and where a site says nothing on accessibility or Irish, the table says so. That silence does not mean a studio cannot do the work, only that it does not say so on the pages we read.

1. Éire Graphic Design
Éire Graphic Design is our recommendation for an annual report in Dublin, rated 5.0 from 102 Google reviews, for documents that have to be accurate, on time and correct in two languages.
The published proof is the Carlow County Council annual report, 88 pages in a full English edition and a full Irish edition. The grid was planned so both could set cleanly, and figures that arrived as spreadsheets from council departments were rebuilt as consistent charts and tables. The annual report design service also covers strategy documents, research and impact reports for charities, public bodies, universities and companies, with tagged PDFs available when needed. Typical turnaround is three to five weeks. As a graphic design studio in Dublin it takes work of any size, from a short impact summary to a full statutory publication.
Less suited to: a single supplier for everything. Éire Graphic Design supplies finished artwork rather than the physical item and does not buy media or run paid ads. It also has one report written up as a full case study, so buyers wanting a long shelf of published examples will see more elsewhere on this list.
2. Artefact
Artefact shows the longest list of named reports we found in Dublin, and many of them can be opened as PDFs from its site.
Based at 57 Clontarf Road, the agency has a dedicated annual reports page listing the Rutland Centre and the Parole Board for 2025, the Legal Aid Board and IAASA for 2024, and earlier work for the Residential Tenancies Board and the Irish Blood Transfusion Service. A Data Protection Commission report on the page combines English and Irish. The site offers interactive and accessible PDFs, says it keeps these jobs with its most experienced report specialists, and adds copywriting and copy editing, which is useful when the text is not yet finished.
Less suited to: a reader who wants the thinking behind a report; the page links finished documents rather than written case studies.
3. Vermillion Design
Vermillion Design is the clearest case of a repeat report relationship here, with Dublin Rape Crisis Centre coming back for a second year.
The studio is at Distillery Lofts on Distillery Road in Drumcondra and names annual reports and publications among its core work. For the Centre it designed the 2022 and 2023 reports, and for 2023 added social media graphics and a statistics infographic. For Bord Iascaigh Mhara it built detailed infographics, charts and maps for two sector reports, plus a short brochure pointing readers to the full version. It has also designed annual reports for the European Endowment for Democracy.
Less suited to: a listed company’s investor report; the reports on show lean towards charities, culture and public bodies.
4. New Graphic
New Graphic makes the strongest written promise on accessibility, saying its reports are designed to WCAG standards as a matter of course.
From 32 Vicar Street in Dublin 8, trading since 2007, it describes a coherent visual system for data, photography, charts and long copy. Its report page mentions structured tagging, PDFs that work with screen readers, and extensive bilingual work in English and Gaeilge for national agencies and cultural organisations. The client list on that page includes the ESRI, Fingal County Council, the Royal Irish Academy, Údarás na Gaeltachta and the National Archives, so public sector approval chains should be familiar.
Less suited to: a buyer who wants to study one annual report in detail first; the projects linked from that page are identity, book and exhibition work.
5. InsideOut Consulting
InsideOut Consulting treats the annual report as part of a brand programme, and its Coillte report shows that in two languages.
The firm is in The Cubes at Beacon South Quarter in Sandyford. Its portfolio names the Coillte Annual Report 2024 in English and Irish, for Ireland’s semi state forestry company, and its home page adds an AmCham US Ireland Business Report for 2026. A client testimonial thanks the team for an annual report and a seamless process. Reports sit beside event materials, advertising, presentation templates and infographics, which helps when a launch needs matching pieces around the document.
Less suited to: a buyer who wants a deep report archive to browse; the portfolio entry for Coillte is a brief description with images.
6. Navigate by Design
Navigate by Design has one of the widest report menus on this list, running from digital annual reports to ESG and investor documents.
Working from 77 Lower Camden Street, this is a personal practice, and its annual report page is written in the first person. It lists sustainability, ESG, government, strategic, tender and investor reports, along with launch invitations, supporting presentations and animated graphics. Its portfolio strip names annual report campaigns for Hotline.ie and IIH. The launch material is the unusual part, since a report often needs a short campaign around it and that work tends to be left until the last week.
Less suited to: several large reports landing together; the page presents a single designer as your point of contact.
7. GKDesign
GKDesign offers the most technical account of accessible PDFs here, down to the assistive software it tests with.
Ger Kenny runs the practice from Pentium House on the Old Lucan Road in Palmerstown, with 30 years in the industry and more than a decade working independently. Annual reports are listed as a service and an IACP annual report appears on the work page. Its accessibility page explains that files are structured to WCAG 2.2 and PDF/UA, then tested with VoiceOver and NVDA. There is also a separate remediation service for existing PDFs, which suits an organisation with last year’s report still online and not compliant.
Less suited to: a buyer who wants many annual reports to compare; most of the work on show is identity and book design, and this is one designer.
8. MCO
MCO has a four year run on a hospital annual report, covering a document that has to carry clinical and financial results together.
At 43 Fitzwilliam Place in Dublin 2, and founded in 2000, MCO designed the Rotunda Hospital’s reports for 2016 to 2019. It worked with staff in each clinical and non clinical department and gave every chapter its own identity through infographics and photography. Its projects page also includes report design for a Kilkenny County Council cultural strategy. Today the firm describes itself as working on public services through strategy, engagement, research and design, so a report can draw on people who understand the policy behind it.
Less suited to: a design only job on a short timeline; its site leads with strategy and programme work, and the annual report it details dates from 2016 to 2019.
9. Rooney Media Graphics
Rooney Media Graphics lists annual, sectorial and educational reports, and its recent projects feed advertises annual report work.
The firm is at 73 Block A, Rockbrook on Carmanhall Road in Sandyford, and its site calls it a brand and graphic design consultancy. Its own reports page frames an annual report as a way to share information with the public, potential partners and staff. Credit unions are a large part of its recent work, with Capital Credit Union and Affinity Credit Union both mentioned, so an organisation with members and a yearly general meeting may recognise the setting. Reports sit beside yearbooks, newsletters and books in its service list.
Less suited to: a buyer who wants a named annual report before making contact; the reports page is a short description and names no client.
If the report were ours to commission
For an annual report in Dublin, we recommend Éire Graphic Design, rated 5.0 from 102 Google reviews, for accurate figures, a layout that survives late changes, and two language editions planned from the start. Send your page count, last year’s report and your publication date to get going.
For the same comparison across the whole country, read the best report designers in Ireland. If a shorter summary would sit alongside the full document, the best brochure designers in Dublin covers that work, and infographic design can turn your headline figures into something people will share.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the best annual report designer in Dublin?
On the criteria used in this comparison, Éire Graphic Design, a Dublin studio rated 5.0 from 102 Google reviews, which designed Carlow County Council's 88 page statutory annual report in separate English and Irish editions. Éire Graphic Design wrote this list and competes with every studio in it, so read it as our view rather than an independent audit.
Does an annual report have to be an accessible PDF?
Public bodies in Ireland generally need one, and the European Accessibility Act, in force since June 2025, has widened the question for other organisations. Raise it in the first conversation, because tagging and reading order are far easier to build in during layout than to repair afterwards.
How long does annual report design take?
Three to five weeks is a fair planning figure for a typical report, though length and the number of approvers move it. Work back from your publication or board date and allow more time for sign off than you think you need.
What is different about an Irish language edition?
Irish tends to run longer than English, so headings, captions and table columns all need room to grow. A template built for both languages from the start saves reflowing every page later, and the two editions stay matched.
How were these annual report designers checked?
Each studio's own website was read on 6 November 2026 for annual reports named as a service or shown as a project, and for a street address in Dublin. Directory listings were used only to find names, and project credits that appeared only on another website were not counted.
