Roller banner and exhibition design
Roller banner and exhibition stand design in Ireland. Pull up banners and display graphics set up correctly for large format print.
People read a stand from three metres away
Exhibition graphics get about two seconds from someone walking past. In that time they need to know who you are and whether you are relevant to them. Everything else on the banner is for the conversation that follows, if there is one.
Most banners fail by trying to say everything. Six bullet points, a paragraph of company history, three photographs and a QR code, all of it too small to read from the aisle.
What goes where
The top third of a roller banner is the only part reliably visible over a crowd, so that is where the name and the one line that matters go. The middle carries the supporting message at a size readable from a few metres. The bottom third is frequently blocked by a table or by people standing at your stand, so nothing important lives there.
That last point is the one most often missed, and it is why contact details at the very bottom of a banner rarely get read.
Set up properly for large format
Large format print is unforgiving. Artwork is built in vector where possible so type and logos stay sharp at two metres tall. Photography is checked at final size rather than on screen. Bleed, safe area and the specific printable window of your stand model are all set before design starts, because a banner trimmed through your logo is an expensive mistake.
We will ask for your original logo files rather than taking one from your website, since a small web logo scaled up is the most common cause of a soft print.
Stands as a set
Where you are building a full stand, the pieces are designed together. Backdrop, pop up, counter wrap, hanging sign and any handouts, sharing one type hierarchy and colour weighting so the stand reads as a single thing from the aisle.
Who this suits
Irish businesses exhibiting at trade shows and conferences, public bodies and charities at open days and careers fairs, schools and colleges at recruitment events, and anyone who needs a banner behind them at a launch or a presentation.
