Privacy Policy
How Éire Graphic Design collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or make an enquiry.
Last updated 17 September 2026.
This policy explains what personal data Éire Graphic Design collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We are the data controller for that information under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
If you want to talk to us about anything on this page, email info@graphicdesigneire.ie.
Who we are
Éire Graphic Design is a graphic design studio based in Dublin, Ireland, trading at graphicdesigneire.ie. We design logos, branding and print for businesses across Ireland.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry. Our enquiry form asks for your first name, and optionally your last name, email address, phone number and the name of your company, along with whatever you tell us about the project. You choose what to put in that message, so please do not include anything sensitive that we do not need in order to quote.
When you email us directly. We keep the message and your email address so we can reply and keep a record of the work.
When you browse the site. Our hosting provider and the tools listed below record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you looked at and the site you arrived from.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, identity documents or any special category data through this website.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your enquiry to reply to you, prepare a quote, and deliver the work if you go ahead. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the enquiry form, and then the performance of a contract once you engage us.
We use website analytics and advertising data to understand which pages are useful and to measure our advertising. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, and consent where a cookie requires it.
We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers who handle data on our behalf:
- HubSpot, our customer relationship system, which stores enquiries and contact records.
- Meta, for measuring advertising through the Meta Pixel.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and serves this website.
- Google Workspace, which provides our email.
Some of these companies are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Cookies
This site sets a cookie from HubSpot so that an enquiry can be connected to the visit it came from, and a cookie from the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not stop you using the site or sending an enquiry.
Our contact page can show a Google Map. It does not load automatically: nothing is requested from Google and no cookie is set until you click to open it. If you do open it, Google sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Our work page can play videos from YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube and no cookie is set until you press play, and the embed uses YouTube’s no cookie domain.
We do not run Google Analytics on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project records for six years after our last contact with you, which matches the period we are required to keep business records for tax purposes. If an enquiry never turns into a project, we delete it within two years. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Email info@graphicdesigneire.ie and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, or through dataprotection.ie.
Changes
If we change how we use personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top.
