Evaluators are reading under pressure

A tender evaluator has a scoring sheet, a pile of submissions and a fixed amount of time. They are not reading your bid the way you wrote it. They are hunting for the specific thing each question asked for, and awarding a mark when they find it.

Most bids make that harder than it needs to be. Answers buried in unbroken paragraphs, headings that do not match the question numbering, tables that run across a page break, charts that need a paragraph of explanation before they make sense. None of that changes how good the offer is. All of it changes how easy it is to score.

Designed inside the rules

Public procurement in Ireland usually comes with a response template, a page or word limit, a font size and a submission format. Those are compliance requirements, not suggestions, and a submission that breaks them can be marked down or excluded before the content is considered.

We work inside the template you are given. Where the template is bad, and plenty of them are, we make the response readable within its constraints rather than replacing it.

What actually changes

Question numbering carried through so every answer is where the evaluator expects it. A clear hierarchy so the summary of each answer is visible before the detail. Tables rebuilt so they hold together on the page. Charts redrawn so the point lands without a caption. Cover page, contents and dividers so a printed copy is navigable.

We will also tell you when an answer has drifted off the question, or when you are three hundred words over a limit. That is worth more than any amount of styling.

Accessible and submission ready

You get a tagged, accessible PDF with proper reading order, heading structure and alt text, plus a print version where the competition asks for hard copy. File sizes are kept inside upload limits, which is a surprisingly common reason a bid fails to submit on the last afternoon.
