Posters and flyers designed for Irish organisations

These are posters and flyers we have designed for Irish organisations: research funding calls, local businesses, choirs and concerts, events and campaigns. Each one had a different job. A research call has to get dense information across in a clear order. A concert poster has to make someone stop in front of a notice board. A business flyer has to say what is on offer and how to get in touch in about three seconds.

What they share is hierarchy. The thing that matters most is the biggest thing on the page, the details sit where a reader expects to find them, and nothing fights for attention with the headline. That is the difference between a poster people read and one they walk past.

Every one of these started with a conversation about where the poster would hang and who would walk past it. A notice board in a college corridor, a café window and a lamp post on a busy street all call for different decisions about size, contrast and how much text the design can carry. We send finished artwork set up correctly for whoever produces it, and a screen version for social media and email at the same time.
